Prerequisites

How to Log In to SmartDB

Access the SmartDB login URL and enter the SmartDB system administrator’s email address and password to log in. SmartDB login screen

How to Find the Workspace Key

Part of the SmartDB login URL is the workspace key. https://{workspace-key}.smartdb.jp

How to Obtain the Access Key

After logging in to SmartDB, open the menu from the user icon in the upper right, and click System Administration. System administration menu From the administration panel side menu, navigate to Authentication & Security > System Token. The system token is your access key. System token screen

[Creating a New Token]

Click + Issue in the upper right corner. + Issue button Enter any name (e.g. your company name) and click Save. Token name input A system token will be issued — copy and save it. Token issued

[Using an Existing System Token]

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for SmartDB. Admina integration search Enter the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Integration details input Once the integration with SmartDB is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
