How to Log In to TrackJS
On the TrackJS login page, enter your email address or username and password to log in.Google, SSO, and other external authentication accounts cannot be used for integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure with Google Authentication, SSO, or Other External Authentication Accounts.
How to Get the Workspace Key
After logging in to TrackJS, navigate to Settings > Account from the left menu. On the Account page, the Name displayed under Organization Info is your workspace key — save it.
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for TrackJS.

Enter the Workspace Key obtained in the previous step along with the TrackJS login email address and password. Then click Connect.
- Once the integration with TrackJS is successful, registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Click Edit in the Status tab of the integration screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
