How to Log In to Questetra

Access the login page using your Questetra-specific login URL. Enter your email address and password to log in.
External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for this integration. Please refer to Restriction: Integration failures due to external authentication accounts such as Google authentication or SSO for details.

How to Find the Workspace Key

How to Generate an API Password

  1. Click your username in the upper right to open the menu. Navigate to System Settings > API Client > API Access via Basic Authentication. Check Enable API access via Basic Authentication and save. Enabling Basic Authentication
  2. Click your username in the upper right to open the menu. Navigate to Account Settings > Password > API Password. Copy and save the displayed username and password. Obtaining the API password

Integration Setup

  1. On the integrations screen, search for Questetra.
  2. Enter the workspace key, username, and API password obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Enter integration credentials
  3. Once the integration with Questetra is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
