Prerequisites
Getting your API key

After logging in to Statsig, select Keys & Environments from Settings.

On the API Keys tab, click Generate New Key.

For Key Type, select Console, check Can Access Keys, then click Create.

Open the key from the list of keys you created.

Copy and save the Secret Key Value shown.
Setting up the integration
- On the integration screen, search for Statsig.

Enter a workspace name (optional) and the API key from the previous step, then click Connect.
- Once the integration with Statsig succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
