How to Log in to Teamwork

Go to the Teamwork login page and enter your email address and password to log in. Teamwork login screen

How to Obtain Your Workspace Key

  1. After logging in to Teamwork, click your avatar in the left menu and go to Settings > General. Navigating to Settings > General
  2. The Site Address is your workspace key. Save it for later. Site Address (workspace key) display

How to Obtain Your Access Key

  1. Click your avatar in the left menu and go to Edit my details > API & Mobile. Navigating to Edit my details > API & Mobile
  2. Click Show your Token to display your API Token. Show your Token button
  3. The API Token is your access key. Save it for later. API Token (access key) display

Integration Setup

  1. In the integrations screen, search for Teamwork.
  2. Enter the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous steps and click Connect. Workspace key and access key input screen
  3. Once the integration with Teamwork is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try again.
