How to Log In to OpsRamp

Go to the OpsRamp login page, enter your User Name and Password, and log in. OpsRamp login screen

Obtaining the Base URL

After logging in to OpsRamp, navigate to Setup > Account. Copy and save the value of API Endpoint. API Endpoint screen

Obtaining the Workspace Key, Client ID, and Client Secret

  1. After logging in to OpsRamp, navigate to Setup > Account (same screen as above), then click Integrations and Apps.
  2. Click ADD under Custom. Custom ADD screen
  3. Click Install. Install button screen
  4. Enter any name in the Name field and click Install. Name input screen
  5. Click Save. Save button screen
  6. A key pair will be issued. Copy and save the Tenant Id, Key, and Secret respectively. Key pair screen

Integration Setup

  1. In the integrations screen, search for OpsRamp.
  2. Enter the following information and click Connect.
    • Base URL: https://[API Endpoint]
    • Workspace Key: Tenant Id
    • Client ID: Key
    • Client Secret: Secret

  3. Once the integration with OpsRamp is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
