Getting your API token

After logging in to Nicereply, select Your profile from the account menu at the bottom left of the screen.

Select API Tokens, enter any name for Name, then click CREATE.
- The API token is shown immediately after creation. It is shown only once, so be sure to copy and save it now.
Setting up the integration
- On the integration screen, search for Nicereply.

Enter your Nicereply login email address into Email address, and the API key from the previous step, then click Connect.
- Once the integration with Nicereply succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
