How to Log In to MoneyForward Cloud Payroll

Go to the MoneyForward Cloud Payroll login page, enter your email address and password, and log in. Login screen

How to Obtain Your Workspace Key

After logging in to MoneyForward Cloud Payroll, go to Integration Settings from the left menu tab. Then scroll to the bottom of the Integration Settings screen. The API KEY is displayed under the External System Integration Identifier field. This is your workspace key — save it. Workspace key retrieval screen

Integration Setup

  1. In the integration screen, search for MoneyForward Cloud Payroll.
  2. Enter an arbitrary name (such as your company name) for the workspace name. Also enter the workspace key from the previous step, then click Connect. Integration settings screen
  3. Once the integration is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen and click Edit. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.

Manual SaaS Account Linking When Email Address Cannot Be Retrieved

Because this service does not allow retrieval of email addresses, the user type will be determined as “Unknown.” If needed, manually link (de-duplicate/merge) accounts with other accounts.
