Prerequisites

Checking the URL Name (instance identifier)

1. Log in to ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) as an administrator. Then click the settings icon at the top right of the screen.
2. Open Instance Settings under Instance Configurations and check the value of URL NAME. You use this value during the integration setup.

Registering an OAuth app

1. Sign in to the ZOHO API Console.
2. Click ADD CLIENT and choose Server-Based Applications.
3. Enter the required information, such as Client Name, Homepage URL, and Authorized Redirect URIs, then create the client.
4. On the Settings tab, under Multi-DC, check Use the same OAuth credentials for all data centers.
5. Check the Client ID and Client Secret on the Client Secret tab.

Setting up the integration

1. Search for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) on the integration screen.
2. Enter any workspace name. Also enter the URL NAME, Client ID, and Client Secret you checked in the previous step, then click Connect.
3. Once the integration succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshoot SaaS integration errors. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
