Prerequisites

How to Log in to Mural

Go to the Mural login page and sign in with your email address and password.

External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see Restrictions: Integration failure with Google authentication or SSO external accounts.

How to Find Your Workspace Key

After logging in to Mural, navigate to the workspace you want to connect. The workspace key is part of the URL — copy it for later use.

Integration Setup

On the Integrations page in MoneyForward Admina, search for Mural.

Enter your Mural email address, password, and the workspace key obtained in the previous step, then click Connect.

Once the integration with Mural is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the process does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the Integrations page and try connecting again.
