How to Log In to Lumin
Go to the Lumin login page and sign in with your email address and password, or select your preferred login method.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Accounts.
How to Find Your Workspace Key

After logging in to Lumin, click on the Organization name in the right menu to open the menu. Select the Organization you want to integrate from YOUR ORGANIZATIONS.

After navigating to the Organization you want to integrate, part of the URL is your workspace key — save it.

Integration Setup
- Search for Lumin in the integrations page.

Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step and the Lumin login email address and password.
- Once the integration with Lumin is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration did not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations page. Then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
