Prerequisites
How to Log In to oVice
Go to the oVice login page and enter your email address and password to log in.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Authentication Accounts.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key
After logging in to oVice, part of the URL serves as the workspace key. Save it for later.https://{workspace-key}.ovice.in
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for oVice.

Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step, along with the oVice login email address and password. Then click Connect.
- Once the integration with oVice is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
