Getting your API key

  1. After logging in to noCRM.io, click your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Admin panel. noCRM.io avatar in the upper-right corner and Admin panel in the menu highlighted

  5. Click Copy to the right of the API key that appears to copy it, and save it. The API key is shown only on this screen, so be sure to save it now. noCRM.io Your API key screen with the Copy button highlighted

Finding your workspace key

The subdomain in the URL after you log in to noCRM.io (https://<subdomain>.nocrm.io) is your workspace key. Note it down, because you use it to set up the integration.

Setting up the integration

  1. On the integration screen, search for noCRM.io.
  2. Enter the subdomain you found in the previous step into Workspace key. Enter the API key you copied into API key, and click Connect. Workspace name is optional. noCRM.io integration setup screen showing the Workspace name, Workspace key, and API key fields
  3. Once the integration with noCRM.io succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshoot SaaS integration errors. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
  • Enter the subdomain of the account where you created the API key into Workspace key. A subdomain of a different account doesn’t work.
