Getting your CompanyID and PSK (Pre-shared key)

1. Log in to LogMeIn Central with an admin account, then select API under Configuration in the navigation menu.
2. Check the CompanyID shown on the screen.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a PSK (Pre-shared key). The PSK cannot be shown again, so be sure to save it once it’s generated.

Setting up the integration

1. On the integration screen, search for LogMeIn.
2. Enter your CompanyID into Username (Basic Authentication). Enter your PSK into Password (Basic Authentication), then click Integrate.
3. Once the integration with LogMeIn succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
