Prerequisites
Getting an API key
- Log in to KnowledgeOwl, then select API under Account. For details, see Use the API (external site).

Click + Add New API Key.

Enter a name in Purpose for this key, check the permissions you need under Allowed actions for this key, and click Add.
- Copy the generated API key and save it.
Setting up the integration
- On the integration screen, search for KnowledgeOwl.

Enter a workspace name (optional), enter the API key from the previous step as the access key, then click Connect.
- Once the integration with KnowledgeOwl succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
