How to Log in to MiiTel
Go to the MiiTel login page and enter your email address and password to log in.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Accounts.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key
After logging in to MiiTel, click the username in the upper right corner to display your company ID. The company ID is your workspace key. Copy and save it.
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for MiiTel.

Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step. Then enter your MiiTel login ID and password in the email address and password fields, respectively. Then click Connect.
- Once the integration with MiiTel is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
