How to Log in to MiiTel

Go to the MiiTel login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for integration. For details, see [Restrictions] Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Accounts.

How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to MiiTel, click the username in the upper right corner to display your company ID. The company ID is your workspace key. Copy and save it. Company ID retrieval screen

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for MiiTel. MiiTel search screen Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step along with your MiiTel login ID and password in the email address and password fields respectively, then click Connect. MiiTel integration settings screen Once the integration with MiiTel is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
