How to Log In to Meta for Business

Go to the Meta for Business login page and enter your email address and password to log in. Meta for Business login screen

How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to Meta for Business, use the side menu to switch to the Business account you want to connect with Admina. Switch Business account After switching to the Business account, part of the URL serves as the workspace key. Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for Meta for Business. Meta for Business search Enter an optional workspace name and the workspace key obtained in the previous step, then click Connect. Enter workspace information An account confirmation screen will appear. Verify the account to connect and click Continue as [account name]. Account confirmation Configure Admina’s access permissions. Under “Opt in current business only”, select the business you want to connect, then click Continue. Selecting “Opt in current and future businesses” will allow Admina to access all your current businesses as well as any businesses you create in the future. Select business Select the pages you want to connect. Under “Opt in current pages only”, select the pages you want to connect, then click Continue. Selecting “Opt in current and future pages” will allow Admina to access all your current pages as well as any pages you create in the future. Select pages Review the settings you selected in the previous steps. If everything is correct, click Save. Review settings Setup is complete. Click OK. Setup complete Once the integration with Meta for Business is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat. Manual Linking of SaaS When Email Address Cannot Be Retrieved

This service is a SaaS from which email addresses cannot be retrieved, so the user type will be determined as “Unknown.” If necessary, manually link (deduplicate/merge) accounts with other accounts.
