How to Log In to Lychee Redmine
Go to the Lychee Redmine login page, enter your email address and password, and log in.
How to Obtain the Base URI
The Base URI is part of the login URL. Login URL ={Base URI} /login
For example, your login URL might be https://your-identifier.cloudmine.jp/redmine/login. In that case, copy https://your-identifier.cloudmine.jp/redmine as the Base URI.
How to Obtain the Access Key

After logging in to Lychee Redmine, go to your username in the upper right > Settings > API. Check “Enable REST web service” and click Save.

Next, click My Account in the upper right. Click Show next to API access key to display your API key. This is your access key — save it.
The access key must be issued using an account with administrator privileges.
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for Lychee Redmine.

Enter the Base URI and access key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect.
- Once the Lychee Redmine integration is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the setup does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
