Supported Features

Account Deletion Account Creation
All plans are supported for the integration, but CRM Hub Enterprise plan is required to retrieve Roles.

Integration Setup

  1. Search for HubSpot on the Admina integrations screen and click it.

  1. Enter any name (e.g., your company name) in the Workspace key field and click [Connect].

  1. The “OAuth Bridge” screen will appear. Click [Sign in to your HubSpot account].

  1. The HubSpot login screen will appear. Enter your email address and password, then click [Log in].

  1. The “Enter authentication code from authenticator app” screen will appear. Enter the code and click [Log in].

  1. If you have multiple accounts on HubSpot, select the account to connect.

  1. Once the integration with HubSpot is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.

Troubleshooting

If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat. For an overview of the HubSpot integration, please visit the integration page.
