Account Deletion
An account with administrator privileges is required for integration.

How to Log In

Go to the Jicoo login page and log in with your email address and password. Jicoo login screen

How to Obtain the API Key

  1. Go to https://www.jicoo.com/dashboard/api_keys, log in, then click Create API Key. Create API Key button
  2. Enter an API Key Name and select an expiration date.
    Please note that the integration will fail if the API key expires.

  3. After entering the name and expiration date, click Submit and copy the displayed API key. Copying the API key

Integration Setup

  1. On the integrations screen, search for Jicoo.
  2. Enter any workspace name and the API key obtained in the previous step, then click Connect. Integration settings screen
  3. Once the integration is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
