Provisioning Account Deactivation Account Deletion- An administrator account is required for the integration.

Prerequisites
How to Log In
Go to the Hubble login page, enter your email address and password, then log in.
How to Obtain the Access Key
After logging in to Hubble, navigate to Admin Console > Application > SCIM Provisioning > Settings. The API Token displayed is your access key — copy it.
Integration Setup
In the Admina integrations screen, search for Hubble (SCIM). Enter an optional workspace name and the access key obtained in the previous step, then click Connect.
