How to Log In to Hotjar

Go to the Hotjar login page and sign in with your email address and password.
External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see [Restriction] Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Accounts.

How to Find Your Workspace Key

After logging in to Hotjar, open the menu from the icon in the upper right. Go to Account Settings > Organizations & sites to reach the Sites & Organizations page. The Organization name next to the building icon is your workspace key — copy it. Workspace key confirmation

Integration Setup

Search for Hotjar on the MoneyForward Admina integrations page. Integration search Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step. Along with the email address and password for your Hotjar login, then click Connect. Integration settings screen Once the integration with Hotjar is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration did not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations page and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
