An account with administrator privileges is required for the integration.

How to Log In

Go to the Favro login page, enter your email address and password, and log in. Favro login screen

How to Obtain the API Key

  1. Click My profile from the menu. My profile menu My profile page
  2. Click API Tokens. API Tokens page
  3. Click Create new token. Create new token button
  4. Enter a name for the API token and click Create token. API token name input
  5. Copy the displayed API key.

How to Find Your Organization ID

Check the URL. The part highlighted in red in the image is your Organization ID. Finding the Organization ID

Integration Setup

  1. In the integration screen, search for Favro.
  2. Enter your workspace name, email address for login, the API key obtained in the previous step. Your Organization ID, then click Connect. integration settings screen
  3. Once the integration is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, click Edit in the status tab of the integration screen and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
