How to Log In to Formspree
Go to the Formspree login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key
If you belong to multiple teams, the Team Name serves as the workspace key.
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for Formspree.

Enter your Formspree login email address and password, then click Connect. If you belong to multiple teams, also enter the workspace key.
- When the Formspree integration succeeds, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
