Integration Specifications
An invox administrator account is required for integration.
Prerequisites
How to Log In to invox
Go to the invox login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
How to Check Your Workspace Key

Click the switch company icon in the top right of the invox admin screen to open the switch company screen.

Copy the company name shown there and save it. This company name is your workspace key.
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for invox.

Enter the invox administrator account email address and password, and the workspace key from the previous step. Then click Connect. You can also connect multiple workspaces.
- Once the integration with invox is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen. Then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
