How to log in to HotProfile
Access the HotProfile login URL and enter your email address and password to log in.
How to obtain the Base URI
The login URL is your Base URI. Copy everything includinghttps://.

How to obtain an access key

Log in to HotProfile with an administrator account. Then go to the gear icon ⚙ in the upper right > User Management > User Management. Click Edit for the administrator user you logged in with. Set External Service Integration (API Integration) to Enabled. Scroll to the bottom and click Register.

You can check the API key in User Management Details or My Page > External Integration. The API key is your access key — save it.
Integration Setup
- Search for HotProfile in the integrations screen.

Enter the Base URI and the access key obtained in the previous step, then click Connect.
- Once the integration with HotProfile is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
