Prerequisites
How to obtain the workspace key (domain)
Log in to Freshsales, then check the URL in the browser address bar. The string betweenhttps:// and .myfreshworks.com is the workspace key.
How to obtain the API key

Click the settings icon in the left menu to open the Admin Settings page. Click API Settings below the search bar.

On the API tab, click Copy next to Your API Key to copy the API key, and save it.
Setting up the integration
- In the integration screen, search for Freshsales.

Workspace Name is optional. You can enter a name to tell this integration apart. Enter the domain in Workspace key and the API key in API Key, then click Integrate.
- When the integration with Freshsales succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshoot SaaS integration errors. If the issue persists, check Information to provide and contact Support.
