How to Log In to JetBrains

Go to the JetBrains login page, enter your username or email address and password, and log in. JetBrains login screen

How to Obtain the Organization ID

After logging in to JetBrains, the number next to the organization name in the side menu is the Organization ID. Save it. Organization ID confirmation screen

How to Obtain the Access Key (API Token)

  • This operation can only be performed by an organization administrator.
  • If the API key field is not visible, please contact JetBrains (internal-support@jetbrains.com).
From the side menu, navigate to Organization name > Administration. Navigate to Administration screen Create an API Token. If creating a new one, click Generate Token; if recreating, click Re-Generate Token. API Token creation button The API Token will be created. This is your access key, so copy and save it.
This API Token will not be displayed again. Be sure to save it.

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for JetBrains. Admina integration search screen Enter the Organization ID and Access Key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Integration credentials input screen
The information retrieved is limited to licensed users only.
Once the integration with JetBrains is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the setup does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
