How to Log In to Formrun

Go to the Formrun login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure with External Authentication Accounts such as Google or SSO.

How to Obtain the Workspace Key

  1. After logging in to Formrun, select the team you want to integrate from the team list. Team list
  2. Part of the URL on the next page becomes the workspace key — save it for later.

Integration Setup

  1. In the integrations screen, search for Formrun.
  2. Enter the workspace key, Formrun login email address, and password obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Two-factor authentication is optional. Integration settings screen
  3. When the Formrun integration succeeds, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
