From the Freshchat login page, enter your domain name and log in.
How to get an Access Key
The API token is the access key. Issue an API token by referring to the following support page. https://support.freshchat.com/support/solutions/articles/50000000011-api-tokensIntegration Setup
- Search for Freshchat on the integration screen.

Enter a workspace name of any string (e.g., company name) and an access key, then click Link.
- If the link is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If it does not complete normally, edit it from the status tab of the integration screen and try the linkage again. If you cannot solve it, please contact us via chat.
