How to Log In

Go to the Freshcaller login page and enter your email address and password to log in. Freshcaller login page

How to Confirm the Workspace Key

After logging in to Freshcaller, check the URL. Part of the URL is the workspace key. For example, in https://moneyforwardi.freshcaller.com/, the workspace key is moneyforwardi. Workspace key confirmation

How to Obtain the API Key

  1. Click the icon in the upper right > Personal Settings. Personal Settings
  2. Go to API > API DETAILS FOR PHONE. The Your API Key field contains the API key to use. Obtaining the API key

Integration Setup

  1. On the integrations screen, search for Freshcaller.
  2. Enter any workspace name, along with the workspace key and API key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Freshcaller integration settings
  3. Once the integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integrations screen and click Edit. Then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
