How to Log In to Intercom
Go to the Intercom login page and enter your email address and password to log in.
Integration Setup
- In the Integrations screen, search for Intercom.

Click Connect.

Click Authorize access.
- Once the Intercom integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process did not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the Integrations screen and click Edit. Then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
