How to Log In to Freshservice
Go to the Freshservice login page, enter your Freshservice domain name, and log in.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to Freshservice, click your profile picture in the upper right corner. Navigate to the Profile Settings page.

Part of the URL is your workspace key. Save it for later.
https://{workspace-key}.freshservice.com/profiles/.../edit
How to Obtain the Access Key

The API key is displayed on the right side of the Profile Settings page.
- The API key serves as your access key. Save it for later.
Integration Setup
- Search for Freshservice in the integration screen.

Enter any string for the workspace name (e.g., your company name). Then enter the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous steps, and click Connect.

Once the integration with Freshservice is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again.
