Prerequisites
How to Log In to HRBrain Talent Management
A welcome email with a login URL is sent to the email address registered when your HRBrain account was created. Use that URL to log in. For questions about logging in to HRBrain Talent Management, refer to HRBrain Login.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key
After logging in to HRBrain Talent, part of the URL on the page that appears is the workspace key — save it. https://{workspace-key}.members.hrbrain.jp
Setting Up the Public API Token

Go to Menu > Developer Site.

Click [Create Token] in the upper right.

Name: Enter any name. Scope: Select
member:allandorganization:all, then click Create.

Copy and save the displayed token. (It is only shown once, so be sure to save it.)
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for HRBrain Talent Management.

Enter the workspace key and API Token as the access key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect.
- Once the HRBrain Talent Management integration is successful. Registered user information will appear in the account list.
- If the setup does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
