How to Log in to Jobcan Labor HR
Go to the Jobcan Labor HR login page and enter your email address and password to log in. Alternatively, log in from the Jobcan common ID login page.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure with External Authentication Accounts such as Google or SSO.
How to Obtain Your Workspace Key
After logging in to Jobcan Labor HR, switch to Jobcan from the menu tab in the upper right. Then navigate to Account Information from the left menu. The Company ID displayed in the company information is the workspace key. Save it.
Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for Jobcan Labor HR.

Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step.
Along with the Jobcan Labor HR login email address and password, then click Connect.
- Once the integration with Jobcan Labor HR is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully. Click Edit on the status tab of the integrations screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
