How to log in to Freshdesk
Go to the Freshdesk login page and enter your Freshdesk domain name to log in.
How to obtain a workspace key

After logging in to Freshdesk, click your profile picture in the upper right > Profile Settings.

Part of the URL is your workspace key — save it.

How to obtain an access key
The API key is displayed on the right side of the Profile Settings page. The API key is your access key — save it.
Integration Setup
- Search for Freshdesk in the integrations screen.

Enter any string (e.g., your company name) as the workspace name. Then enter the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous steps. Then click Connect.
- Once the integration with Freshdesk is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
