How to Log in to FastAnswer2
On the FastAnswer2 login page, enter your email address and password to log in.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration failure due to external authentication accounts such as Google or SSO.
How to Get a Workspace Key
The workspace key is part of the URL for your administrator login page.https://www1.fastcloud.jp/ Workspace key /MasterManage.html
About the Provisioning Settings
The default settings for role and account policy are as follows.
Setting Up the Integration
- On the integration screen, search for FastAnswer2.

Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step, your FastAnswer2 login email address, and password. Then click Integrate. The workspace name is optional.
- If the integration with FastAnswer2 is successful, registered user information will be displayed in the account list.
- If it doesn’t complete successfully. Edit it from the Status tab on the Integration screen and try the integration again. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us via chat.
