Prerequisites
How to obtain an Access Key
To integrate with the Gainsight NXT API, you need an Access Key for authentication. Generate one as follows.- Go to Administration > Connectors 2.0.

Click Create Connection.

From the Connector dropdown list, select Gainsight API.

Enter a name in the Name of the connection field.

For Authorization Type, select Access Key.

Click Generate Access Key.
Setting up the integration
- On the integrations screen, search for Gainsight NXT.

Enter the API key you obtained in the previous step, along with the workspace key, then click Connect.
- Once the integration with Gainsight NXT succeeds, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
