How to Log In

Go to the Bigin by Zoho CRM login page and enter your email address and password to log in. Bigin by Zoho CRM login screen

How to Find Your Organization ID

After logging in to Bigin by Zoho CRM, check the URL. The number after “org” is your organization ID. How to find the organization ID

Register an OAuth App

Log in to https://api-console.zoho.com/. Zoho API Console Click ADD CLIENT > Server-Based Applications. Selecting Server-Based Applications Enter the required information and click CREATE. Integration Setup

In the Admina Integrations screen, search for Bigin by Zoho CRM. Enter any workspace name and the organization ID confirmed in the previous step, then click Connect. Integration settings screen Once the integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process did not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the Integrations screen, click Edit. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
