Prerequisites
How to obtain the API ID and API secret key

Log in to CloudTalk. In the left menu, select Settings under Account in SETTINGS.

Select the API Keys tab, then click Add API Key.

The new API key appears in the list. The ID value is the API ID. Click Show under Key to display the API secret key. Copy the API ID and API secret key, and save them.
Setting up the integration
- In the integration screen, search for CloudTalk.

Workspace Name is optional. You can enter a name to tell this integration apart. Enter the API ID in API ID and the API secret key in API Secret Key, then click Integrate.
- When the integration with CloudTalk succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it does not complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshoot SaaS integration errors. If the issue persists, check Information to provide and contact Support.
