Getting an access token

1. After logging in to 15Five, click the account menu at the bottom left, then select Integrations under ADMIN SETTINGS.
2. Select SCIM 2.0 from the list of integrations.
3. Check Enabled, then click Save.
4. After saving, click Generate OAuth token to issue an OAuth token.
5. Copy the generated Access token and save it. Click Save at the bottom of the screen as well.

Setting up the integration

1. On the integration screen, search for 15Five.
2. Enter a workspace name (optional), enter the OAuth token from the previous step as the access key, then click Connect.
3. Once the integration with 15Five succeeds, registered user information appears in the account list. If it doesn’t complete successfully, first try the steps in Troubleshooting failed SaaS integrations. If that doesn’t resolve it, check Information to provide and contact support.
