How to log in to Docbase
Enter your e-mail address and password on the Docbase login page to log in.
How to get the workspace key

After logging in to Docbase, click the team you want to collaborate with from ▼ to the team on the upper right.
The start page is in Japanese only.

Go to the team page. A part of the URL will be the workspace key, so copy it.

How to get an access token

Click the ⚙ mark on your profile picture in the menu at the bottom left of the screen, then click Create Access Token.

Go to the token creation screen. For the name, enter a name that shows the purpose, place of use, etc., and click Create.
The scope and expiration date are arbitrary. If left blank, the expiration date will be indefinite.

The access token will be displayed, so copy it.
Integration setup
- On the integration screen, search for Docbase.

Enter the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous step, and click Link.
- If the link is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If it does not complete normally, edit it from the status tab of the integration screen and try the linkage again. If you can’t solve it, please contact us via chat.
