How to Log In to Biz Storage File Share
Go to the Biz Storage administrator login page and sign in with your customer name, administrator ID, and password.Restriction: Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Accounts
External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see the restriction: Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Accounts.
Integration Setup
- Search for Biz Storage File Share in the integrations page.

Enter the credentials used to log in to the System Administrator (SMK) site as shown below, then click Connect.
If you use two-factor authentication, only smartphone app authentication is
supported. Email address authentication cannot be used for the integration.
About integration procedures when 2FA (two-factor authentication) is enabled
- Workspace key: Customer name
- Username: Administrator ID
- Password: Password
Only users who can log in to the file storage will be retrieved. Administrator site account information will not be retrieved. - Once the integration with Biz Storage File Share is successful. Registered user information will appear in the account list.
- If the integration did not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations page and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
