Prerequisites
How to Log In to Board
Go to the Board login page, enter your email address and password, and log in.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key
After logging in to Board, navigate to the gear icon Settings > API Settings from the upper right menu.
On the API Settings page, the API key is displayed. The API key is your workspace key. Save it.
How to Obtain the Access Key
On the API Settings page, click Generate New Token under API tokens.
The API token creation page will appear.
Enter a purpose/description, check Users: Get list under accessible operations, and click Register.
The API token will be created as shown below. Save it.
For security reasons, the API token will not be displayed again. Be sure to save it.
Integration Setup
In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for Board.
Enter any workspace name (e.g., company name), along with the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect.
Once the integration with Board is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.
If the setup does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again.
