Prerequisites
How to Log In to DocSend
Go to the DocSend login page, select your preferred login method, enter your email address and password, and log in.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure with External Authentication Accounts such as Google or SSO.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key
After logging in to DocSend, the COMPANY Name in the upper right is your workspace key. Save it.
Integration Setup
- In the integration screen, search for DocSend and click on it.

Enter the workspace key, email address.
password for DocSend login obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect.
- Once the integration with DocSend is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the setup does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit. Try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
