Prerequisites

How to Log in to DirectCloud

Go to the DirectCloud login page, enter your company ID and administrator user ID and password, and log in. DirectCloud login screen

How to Obtain the Client ID and Client Secret

After logging in to DirectCloud, go to Sharing > Custom Settings from the left menu. Custom Settings menu On the Custom Settings page, find the DirectCloud API section. Set DirectCloud API to Enable, then save the Service and Service Key displayed under API Key Type: Administrator. These are your client ID and client secret. DirectCloud API settings screen

Integration Setup

Search for DirectCloud on the MoneyForward Admina integration screen. Admina integration search screen Enter the information obtained during prerequisites as follows, then click Connect.
  • Client ID: Service
  • Client Secret: Service Key
  • Workspace Key: Company ID
  • Username: User ID (administrator privileges)
  • Password: DirectCloud login password (administrator privileges)
DirectCloud integration settings screen Once the integration with DirectCloud is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integration screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
