How to Log In to Cacoo
Go to the Cacoo login page and log in with your email address and password.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for this integration. For details, see Restriction: Integration Failure with External Authentication Accounts such as Google or SSO.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to Cacoo, click your profile name in the upper right and select Settings.

Click Edit in the left menu.

The following screen will appear. The space key is the workspace key — copy and save it.
Integration Setup
- On the integrations screen, search for Cacoo.

Enter the workspace key obtained in the previous step, along with your Cacoo login email address and password. Then click Connect.
- Once the integration with Cacoo is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Go to the status tab on the integrations screen and click Edit, then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
