A paid plan subscription and administrator privileges are required for the integration.
Integration Setup
- Search for Chatwork in the integrations screen.

Enter any workspace name (e.g., your company name) and click Connect.

You will be redirected to the Chatwork login screen. Enter your Chatwork login email address and password to log in.

After logging in to Chatwork, a consent screen like the one below will appear. Click Allow.
- Once the integration with Chatwork is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integrations screen and click Edit. Then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
