How to Log In

Go to the Cisco Duo login page and sign in with your email address and password. Cisco Duo login screen

How to Find the API Key, Client Secret, and Base URL

  1. After logging in to Cisco Duo, click Applications in the side menu. Applications menu
  2. Click Application Catalog. Application Catalog
  3. Click + Add. Add button
  4. Enter an Application name and check Read and Write under Grant resource. Application name and Grant resource settings Grant resource checkboxes
  5. The Integration key is the API Key, the Secret key is the Client Secret, and the API hostname is the Base URL. Copy and save these values.
    Prepend https:// to the Base URL.

Integration Setup

  1. In the integration screen, search for Cisco Duo.
  2. Enter any Workspace Name, the API Key, Client Secret, and Base URL obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. integration settings screen
  3. Once the integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen. Click Edit, then try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
