Integration Specifications
An administrator account with permissions to view, add, and delete users is required for integration.
Prerequisites
How to Log In to 1Password
Go to the 1Password login page and enter your email address, Secret Key, and password to log in.External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration. For details, see Cannot connect with an external authentication account (Google, SSO).
How to Find the Secret Key

After logging in to 1Password, click Manage account.

Your Secret Key will be displayed. Click Copy to save it. This is your login secret key.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key

Click Settings from the left-side menu.

Save the workspace key at the beginning of the Sign-in Address.
{workspace key}.1password.com
You can connect only 1Password accounts whose Sign-in Address is
{workspace key}.1password.com. You cannot connect 1Password accounts with an address in another region, such as 1password.ca or 1password.eu. For the workspace key, enter only the part of the Sign-in Address before .1password.com.Integration Setup
- In the integrations screen, search for 1Password.

Enter the workspace key, 1Password login email address and password.
login secret key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect.
- When the 1Password integration succeeds, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
